THT nets $1M college gift for its expansion

Another chapter in a roughly 20-year relationship between Middlebury College and Town Hall Theater was written on Wednesday, Aug. 30, when officials formally announced the educational institution will make a $1 million donation toward THT’s $7.5 million renovation/expansion project at 68 South Pleasant St., which is adjacent to the existing theater.
