Food shelf, farm team up to grow produce
VOLUNTEERS AT BRISTOL’S Have a Heart Food Shelf package bags of canned goods, local meat products and other food items to distribute to individuals in the 5-town area last year. The food shelf plans to collaborate with Monkton farm New Leaf Organics to grow fresh produce to include in the food shelf’s offerings next winter.
