BRISTOL — Timothy James Heffernan, 87, of Bristol, passed away on Monday, Jan. 5, following a recent health setback. Heffernan, a United States Air Force veteran who was born and raised in the Bristol/Starksboro area, will be celebrated and interred this spring. A more complete obituary is forthcoming.
