Glenn Symon, 70, of Shoreham
SHOREHAM — Glenn Symon flew to the other side on Dec. 8 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Glenn was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and an exceptional pilot. A man of boundless energy and an insatiable zest for life, he was an adventurer, a storyteller, and a prankster with a twinkle in his eye. His generosity knew no limits, extending kindness to those he loved deeply and to those he had just met.
He was never happier than when he was soaring through the skies in his beloved plane. Exploring new horizons with his wife, Judy, brought him immense joy, whether they were traveling by air or in their RV, uncovering hidden gems and forging connections wherever they went.
A true entrepreneur at heart, he wore many hats throughout his life. He owned a successful construction company, cared for dairy and beef cattle, and ultimately realized his dream with the pheasant hunting preserve at Peacable Hill Farm. His ventures reflected his determination, creativity, and love for the land.
Though he left too soon Glenn leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and a life lived to its fullest. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
A celebration of his life will be held this coming summer.
