BRANDON — Brian Frank Bliven, 36, of Brandon Vt., passed away Feb. 8, 2024. He was the son of Amy and Frank Bliven, born Jan. 14, 1988.

Brian grew up in Brandon, graduating from Otter Valley Union High School in 2006. He attended the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2011. Brian was a talented artist and musician. In recent years, he traveled the country working remotely.

Brian is survived by his mother, Amy Bliven; his father, Frank Bliven; and his brother, Eric Bliven. He is also survived by his two nieces, Cora and Emmaline Bliven, and his nephew, Ezra Bliven. He will be greatly missed by all of those that knew him.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. In remembrance of Brian’s life, we ask that any charitable donations be made to the Rutland County Humane Society.◊
