Area runners vie at Thetford meet
MIDDLEBURY SOPHOMORE MARY Harrington guts it out up a hill in Saturday’s Thetford Woods Race, where she finished 16th out of nearly 400 runners. The Tiger girls’ team also finished 16th.

Cross country runners from Middlebury, Vergennes, Mount Abraham and Otter Valley union high schools competed at Saturday’s annual Thetford Woods Run, with the Tiger boys and girls faring the best overall.
