Turning Point Center plan set for review

The Middlebury Development Review Board on June 12 will begin its review of a plan by the Turning Point Center of Addison County to relocate its substance-use disorder programming from 54 Creek Road to more spacious quarters at the former St. Mary’s School at 86 Shannon St.
