Volleyball March Madness

DURING MARCH MORE than 70 Middlebury Union Middle School student-athletes, seen here at the town recreation center in late March, participated in practices, inter-scholastic games and volleyball citizenship in the second year of the Vermont State March Madness Volleyball program. According to organizer Amanda Young, with the help of high school coaches, parents and teachers, the season proved to be a great success. This March’s program followed approval of a varsity volleyball team at MUHS for this coming fall.
