Tiger volleyball wins state championship rematch

MUHS defeated Enosburg 3-2 on Monday night.

Both MUHS and Mt. Abe have each only taken one loss so far this season.

In local high school girls’ volleyball action in the past week, Middlebury opened its season by winning twice in three outings, while varsity newcomer Mount Abraham prevailed once in three matches. 

The Mount Abraham girls’ volleyball team won their first match as an official varsity sport.

When Middlebury College women’s volleyball team defeated Manhattanville College in the 2023 NCAA postseason tournament it gave Middlebury volleyball coach Sarah Raunecker 500 wins exactly for her career at Middlebury.
