Stormwater control help in Starksboro
STARKSBORO COTA BALLFIELDS and parking lot are inundated during a rainstorm. Lewis Creek Association and the town of Starksboro are working to address the issue of run-off from the fields into Lewis Creek.

Cota Ballfields in Starksboro have been plagued by stormwater collecting in its parking lot and for often wet playing fields.
