Middlebury officials seek to rein in noisy college students

The Middlebury selectboard will use the town’s noise and nuisance ordinances and more effective communication with the college officials to address increasing complaints about off-campus student housing, rather than trying to remedy the situation through a change in the town’s zoning bylaws.
