SHOREHAM — Age Well Vermont will give at presentation at the Shoreham Congregational Church on Wednesday, Aug. 24, at 1 p.m. Age Well focuses on the lifestyle, happiness, and wellness of the elderly in Addison County and several other counties in Vermont.
This nonprofit organization works to reduce barriers by providing access to healthy meals, in-home care, and community programs. They have many options to help both caregivers and individuals who want to remain in their own homes as long as possible. They also act as a clearinghouse for information about a variety of agencies to help our aging population.
Come learn about their programs and activities. The program is free and open to the public. It will be useful for all elderly people and those caring for them. Please come and learn about this tremendous resource.
