Letter to the editor: Panthers thank their many fans

To The Community –

It is with heartfelt appreciation that I thank everyone who has attended the Middlebury College women’s hockey games the past few weeks. Your presence has been inspirational and very much appreciated.

On Saturday night, more than 2,100 people came to see the women win the NCAA Championship. This is the largest crowd that has ever appeared at a women’s hockey game at Middlebury. The excitement and support you created in Kenyon Arena certainly helped the players achieve their goal.

With sincere gratitude,

Bill Mandigo & Ashley Salerno
