Rodney S. Wheelock, 72, of Bristol

RODNEY S. WHEELOCK

BRISTOL — Rodney S. Wheelock died Jan. 1, 2022. He was a hard worker. He spent his career at Polymers Plastics, Burton, and DR Manufacturing. He loved classic cars, hot rods and drag races in his early years. Later, he found enjoyment making rounds to visit his family, as well as many hours gardening in his yard.

He was predeceased by his parents, Edward A. Wheelock and Barbara A. Kelton Wheelock, as well as his sister Donna Wheelock.

He is survived by his son, Wilder J. Wheelock; grandchildren Nikolai Storm, Chaz Edward, Jonah Lee, and Azia Moon Wheelock; two great-grandchildren Wilder M. and Axel Rain Wheelock, with a third on the way; brother Gary Wheelock; and sisters Susan Wheelock Gowen, and Debbie Wheelock Zeno.

He was a great guy. We’re going to miss him.
