Sodbusters member wins state horseshoe crown
BENNINGTON — Debra Brown, a member of Bristol’s Sodbusters Horseshoe Pitching Club, won the women’s title at the Vermont State Championship this past Sunday. The tournament was held at the Bennington Horseshoe Club in Bennington.
Hometown favorite Gale Greene of Bennington won the Men’s title.
The Sodbusters sent many people to compete.
The final standings, with win-loss record and ringer percentage, were:
