VERGENNES — All are invited to a graveside service for Joan Parks Panton, who died Jan. 14, 2021, at 1 p.m. on July 10 at Carter Cemetery in Monkton. If COVID restrictions have been lifted, we hope to have a reception following the service at the Vergennes American Legion Post 14.
