Monkton news for Feb. 25

MONKTON — The 2020 Monkton Town Reports are in the mail. If you do not receive one, you may call the town clerk at 453-3800 and arrange to pick one up. There is no access into the town hall without a mask and a previous call is appreciated before coming.
Make note that due to COVID-19, there is no actual town meeting at the school. An informational/discussion meeting will be held via zoom this Saturday, Feb. 27. Check Page 1 of your town report for instructions as to how to access this remote hearing.
All articles plus the school budgets will be voted on by Australian ballot on Tuesday, March 2, at the Monkton Fire Station. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. as usual.
