MONKTON — Martha L. (Roscoe) Phillips, 96, passed away at home due to failing health. She was born Nov. 15, 1924, to Frank and Gladys (Meader) Roscoe at the family farm, which her parents purchased in 1920.
She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Phillips in 2016 and by her parents.
Surviving are her children, Terry (Starr), Jeffrey (Olive), Jackie Fefee, six grandkids, seven great-grandkids, sister-in-law Elaine Roback of New York, and good friend Barbara Farr of Starksboro.
