Aime J. Lamoureux, 86, formerly of Orwell/Whiting

SPRING HILL, Fla. — Aime J. Lamoureux, 86, of Spring Hill, Fla., passed away Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021. He was born in Casselman, Ontario, Canada, to Auguste and Helene Lamoureux. He served in the U.S. Army (Korean War) and grew up and raised a family in Vermont. He was a farmer and a truck driver. He was of the Catholic faith and will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Real and Edgar Lamoureux, sisters Marie Laure Kuhn and Yvonne Audet, and grandson Michael Bridgewater.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Carolyn A. Lamoureux; children Gary Lamoureux, Sheryl Lamoureux Hiroms, Cynthia Bridgewater (Louis), Kelly Lamoureux, Charles Lamoureux (Susan) and Larry Lamoureux; 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and one on the way.
A memorial Mass will be held later at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church in Spring Hill, Fla., with burial to follow in Florida National Cemetery.◊
