Charles B. Grennon, 87, of Highgate and Middlebury

HIGHGATE/MIDDLEBURY — Charles B. Grennon, 87, died unexpectedly on Monday, Dec. 14, 2020, at the Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans.
Charles was born on March 14, 1933, in Springfield, Vt., the son John and Elizabeth (Day) Grennon.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He worked for Brush Motors for over 20 years, then Foster Motors for over 30 years.
Charlie enjoyed cooking and carpentry and home repair.
He was married to Mary Brown on Dec. 31, 1984.
Charlie is survived by his sons Jeffrey Grennon and his wife Debora of Franklin and Kevin Grennon and his wife Michelle of Middlebury; his daughter Jennie Royea of Highgate; grandchildren James, Whitney, Hallie, Charles, Cyrus and Sarah; great-grandchildren Evelyn, Maisie, Mckenzie, Bentley, Lyric, Colby, Shelby, Briar, Isla and Ana; his nieces Darlene and Kim; dear friends the Roddy family; and the mother of his children, Candace Swain.
He was predeceased by his wife Mary in 2019; his brothers Walter and Billy Holden and Alfred Grennon; and his sister Mary Grennon.
There will be no services at this time. Burial will be in St Mary’s Cemetery in Springfield at a later date.◊
