Georgia Etta (Flemings) Grace, 79, of Lincoln
LINCOLN — Georgia Etta (Flemings) Grace, wife of Ellis S. Grace, was born on May 4, 1941, in Lincoln, Vt., and died after suffering a heart attack on Oct. 9, 2020.
She was named after her mother’s brother George Martell and her father’s sister Etta (Flemings) Martell. She was predeceased by her father, Leonard Flemings, her mother, Rena (Martell) Flemings and siblings Floyd and Arthur. She is survived by brothers and sisters Lois, Charles, Joyce, Harold, Leon and Francis. She has five children: Ronald (Ann Martin), Evie Martell (Ronald), Wendie Martell (Steve Ploof), Ellis and Kathy. There are also 11 grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Georgia was a mom to many and unselfishly helped many more. She was a strong-willed woman who did things her way, right to the very end.
