VERGENNES — The celebration of life for Donald Skinner Bicknell, M.D., at the Vergennes Opera House on Saturday, March 21, at 2 p.m., has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for the summer. Dr. Bicknell passed away on March 2, 2020.
