Mt. Abe Emerging Artists exhibit on view in Bristol

PAINTING BY ADRIEN Larocque, grade 12

BRISTOL — Bristol’s gallery Art on Main has the 12th Annual Mount Abe Emerging Artists exhibit on view now through March 25. In celebration of Youth Art Month this special exhibit will feature the work of 20 Mount Abraham Union High School students in grades 9-12. This is a great opportunity for these young artists to showcase their work in a professional gallery space.
The student artists were invited to submit their work on the basis of their artistic talent and dedication to creating art as well as their potential as future artists.  The mediums represented will include painting, calligraphy, jewelry, ceramics and prints
An informal reception will be held on Tuesday, March 10, from 3:30-4:30 p.m., at Art on Main. All are welcome to attend, enjoy light refreshments and talk with the young artists.
