Alice (LaDeau) Clapper, 80, of Bristol

ALICE (LADEAU) CLAPPER

BRISTOL — Alice (LaDeau) Clapper died Wednesday, Nov. 27, in Rutland while her daughter was holding her hand. She was born May 22, 1939, in Middlebury, to William LaDeau and Cleo (Barnard) Oliver. She was predeceased by her husband Donald and son Stephen Clapper.
Alice leaves behind her four children Paul, Donna and Peter Jewel of Bristol, Wallace and Sandra of St. George and Bruce and wife Melissa of Connecticut, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Alice loved to do crafts, play Bingo, gamble, and watch sporting events.
A memorial service will be held at the Bristol American Legion from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15. Stop by and share your memories and stories.◊
