Lazo joins the Real Estate Company of Vermont

BRISTOL – Orion Lazo has joined The Real Estate Company of Vermont as a Realtor specializing in buying and selling residential property and land parcels in Addison County, Chittenden County and beyond. “We are excited to have Orion join our growing agency. He brings experience, knowledge of the local markets, enthusiasm, and a positive energy that will serve our clients well,” said Jill Fraga, broker/owner.
Lazo said, “I’m thrilled to join this creative and dynamic team. Having worked with Jill and Danelle (Birong) in the past, we have always been on the same page when tackling difficult situations to provide clients and customers with a smooth experience. I look forward to working with them in moving the industry forward with a company you can trust.”
After working in entrepreneurial management and customer service, Lazo was drawn to the real estate industry in 2015 because of his sincere enjoyment of meeting new people and helping them through major life decisions. Originally from New Hampshire, he attended the University of Vermont where he received his B.S. in Psychology.
Lazo then migrated to Colorado and taught adaptive skiing at Vail for six years, but eventually New England beckoned him back. He fell in love with the natural beauty and tight-knit communities within the Green Mountain State and settled in Starksboro with his wife, their dog and flock of chickens.
When not assisting buyers and sellers with a smooth transaction, he can be found teaching local youth how to ski at Mad River Glen, playing the guitar, and training for the next marathon.
