When a neighbor, who escaped Germany in 1938, says the similarities are striking, the planet has a problem. The seeds of Facist-narcissism have taken root. That little dictator possessed a greater capacity for general knowledge, and a similar level of self-adulation. Historically speaking, other countries have been led by child-emperors. D. J.
