IPJ adds to sales team

MIDDLEBURY — IPJ Real Estate in Middlebury recently added two associates to its boutique firm on Main Street.
Courtney Houston DeBisschop, a real estate broker with 16 years of sales experience, comes to IPJ Real Estate after years of practicing and a year of managing the Four Season’s Sotheby’s International Realty office in Middlebury. Houston began her real estate career while a student at the University of Vermont in 2000. She says she is looking forward to getting back to the basics of helping folks buy and sell real estate in a small firm where customer service is top priority.
Erin Davenport, a licensed salesperson since 2014, started her real estate career in an administrative role at a firm in Middlebury. Davenport joins IPJ Real Estate as a licensed sales assistant and will play an integral role in assisting the brokers and creating and modifying office systems.
They join the firm already staffed with four other agents including Sarah Peluso, Beth Stanway, Ingrid Jackson and Amey Ryan, and office manager Karen James.
An independently owned firm, IPJ Real Estate was started by Ingrid Punderson Jackson in 2006 and was later purchased by Amey Ryan in 2014.
