ADDISON COUNTY — Vermont State Police have arrested a man they say broke into and robbed the West Addison General Store, known as WAGS, in the early morning hours of Feb. 16. On Feb. 21 state police executed a search warrant at a Shoreham residence, where troopers say they found several items that implicated Joshua Rheaume, 44, of Shoreham in the WAGS burglary.
