Civic-minded teens build raised bed for disabled

The latest project for the Vergennes Leos club, a civic-minded youth group sponsored by the Vergennes Lions Club, will help aging and/or disabled city residents more easily pursue their passion for gardening, and it’s also teaching carpentry skills to club members.
