VERMONT — After the group Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) raised the flag of protest against current U.S. immigration policies, more protests in the Green Mountain State are planned. Lights for Liberty, a loose coalition of grassroots activists from long-standing immigrants’ rights organizations, has organized a day of protest for July 12.
