Tornado touches down in Addison

An EF-1 tornado touched down in Addison on Monday night, July 18, a rare occurrence for the Green Mountain State.

Just like that, time moves on. The leaves cover up the evidence of a pandemic that shook our world for over two years; a dump truck carries away the last remnants of the tornado that rocked our neighborhood.

The Rotary Club of Middlebury this week is sending $20,000 to Kentucky to aid victims of the devastating tornados that ripped across the southwest corner of the state last month, killing scores.
