BURLINGTON — An Addison County man, who officials say shot his girlfriend during a picnic in Hancock in August, late last week pleaded not guilty in U.S. District Court to being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Brian Warner, 47, has felony convictions, including sexual assault and burglary, court records show.
