The 7th Annual Middlebury New Filmmakers Festival will open with the feature documentary “Storm Lake,” on Wednesday, Aug. 25, at 7 p.m., at Middlebury’s Town Hall Theater.“Storm Lake” tells the story of Pulitzer Prize–winning journalist Art Cullen and his family as they fight to unite and inform their Iowa farming community through their biweekly newspaper, the Storm Lake Times.
