SALISBURY — A Salisbury man on Wednesday was scheduled to answer to a charge of “excessive speed” in Addison Superior Court after Vermont State Police alleged they clocked him traveling 92 miles per hour in a 40-mph zone on Shard Villa Road on Tuesday. It was at around 8:50 p.m. on Tuesday that some Shard Villa Road residents called VSP about “motorists speeding” in their neighborhood, according to authorities.
