SALISBURY — Vermont State Police on Thursday provided the name of the man whose body was found dead in Salisbury on Tuesday morning. The body of 34-year-old Nicholas Louras of Rutland was found off Route 53/Lake Dunmore Road in Salisbury on the morning of Oct. 8.
