MIDDLEBURY — Millicent “Millie” Ruth Coursey of Middlebury in Addison County, VT, passed away December 23, 2019, at the age of 92, at the home of her daughter in Nebo, MacDowell County, NC, with loved ones at her side. She was born on May 6, 1927, in Benson, VT, the daughter of Howard Chandler and Thelma (Goyette) Chandler. She was the oldest of thirteen children. She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth L.
