MENDON — Saying that the Green Mountain National Forest will “finally be able to put” its Rutland-area Supervisory Office “where it should be,” Sen. Patrick Leahy’s office and GMNF officials on Thursday will announce plans to build a new $6-million facility on Route 4 in Mendon.
