Scarborough falls to Mahaney in 30-lap event

New York driver Mike Mahaney outdueled runner-up Joey Scarborough of Brandon to win the 30-lap  358 Modified feature at Devil’s Bowl Speedway on Saturday, a night that also saw Leicester’s Derrick Counter become the only local driver to pick up a victory. Counter claimed his first triumph in the Limited Sportsman division after moving up from the Novice Sportsman ranks earlier this year.
