HANCOCK — “Nothing too crazy,” was how town clerk Wendy Stender described Hancock’s Tuesday morning town meeting. The budget passed with only a slight change, there were no contests for elective office and the 30 or so people at the gathering got an update on the effort to build new housing in the village.
