Sweet Snugfest is coming up for its fourth annual celebration of music, art, fashion and community at the Snowbowl on Sunday, Sept. 13.

Here’s what to expect this Town Meeting Day in Hancock.

A local man who turned himself into police on Tuesday later that day pleaded not guilty in the killing of a Rochester man in Hancock on Feb. 8.

First responders located Howard Doyle, 45, of Rochester dead in a vehicle near the scene of a reported incident off Bettis Road. Apparently this incident arose from a dispute involving individuals who knew each other.
