CARTHAGE, Mo. — George A. Bell passed away on September 15, 2021 in California, while on a trip visiting friends. He was born on November 13, 1951 to the late George H. Bell and Betty Bell of New Haven. He grew up in New Haven and graduated from Vergennes Union High School in 1969.
