MIDDLEBURY — Longtime auto-dealer Chris Mackey and his son, Christopher, announced Wednesday their purchase of Denecker Chevrolet in Middlebury. Denecker sits at a prominent spot on Route 7 just to the south of Middlebury village. The Mackeys currently own the Ford and Subaru franchises in Saratoga Springs, N.Y,. in a dealership called the Mackey Auto Group.
