On Oct. 3, End of Life Services, home of Hospice Volunteers, ARCH, Wellspring Singers, and bereavement care was surprised and saddened to receive a letter from Addison County Home Health & Hospice informing us that our partnership of 25 years was to end on Dec. 31 of this year. The Board of Directors of ACHHH has voted not to renew the contract with End of Life Services to provide Hospice Volunteers to serve their patients.
