David Arthur Baker, age 79, of Bakersfield, Vt., died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025, at his home following a battle with Huntington’s disease.
While Middlebury residents are likely to vote on a sewer plant upgrade a year from now, there will be two other infrastructure upgrade bonds that will be voted upon on March’s Town Meeting Day.
