Middlebury police cited Christopher J. Emilo, 55, of Middlebury for attempted second-degree homicide, first-degree aggravated domestic assault, and second-degree aggravated domestic assault, following an investigation of an incident in the Buttolph Acres neighborhood this past Saturday, Feb. 22.
