ORGANIZERS AND SUPPORTERS of a major expansion of Middlebury’s Otter
Creek Child Center gathered at the Weybridge Street facility on Tuesday, Sept. 10, to
mark the ceremonial start of a $10 million, 7,000-square-foot addition that will allow
the center to add 77 childcare slots. Among those present at the groundbreaking
were OCCC Executive Director Linda January, OCCC staff and board members,
Middlebury College President Laurie Patton.
