Parade attendees will gather on the Middlebury green for the 11:30 a.m. parade take off, led by the one-and-only Spooktacular Witch (don’t worry, she’s the friendly variety of witch!) Shopkeepers and volunteers will be handing out candy on route, as well as along Merchants Row and in Triangle Park. Dress up and take to the streets for this fun and festive celebration of Halloween.
