Linda J. Ramsey, 69, of Bristol

LINDA J. RAMSEY

BRISTOL — Linda J. Ramsey, 69, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021, at her home surrounded by family in Bristol.

She was born on April 2, 1952, in Middlebury, the daughter of Edward Joseph Brown and Dorothy (Tatro) Brown.

Linda married the love of her life, Henry Ramsey, on Oct. 4, 1969. Linda was a house cleaner for more than 25 years. Linda liked to spend time shopping, spending time with her family, her flowers and gardening. She also really loved watching the birds outside — hummingbirds especially.

Linda is survived by her husband, Henry Ramsey; her children, Brian Joseph Ramsey and spouse Cheri Ramsey, Paul Allan, and Krystal Anne Ramsey and spouse Robert Burbo; her grandchildren Britney and spouse Allison Ramsey, Miranda, and Ethan Ramsey; her brothers and sisters Francis Brown, Teresa Robidoux, Rosie Brown, Barbara Saskixwicz, John and Joyce Brown, Danny Brown and James Brown; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her two brothers, Bernard and Robert Brown.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, June 24, at Brown-McClay Funeral Home in Bristol from 5 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, June 25, at Brown-McClay Funeral Home in Bristol. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Bristol. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Addison County Home Health & Hospice, PO Box 754, Middlebury, VT 05753.
