Kramer joins Langrock, Sperry
MIDDLEBURY/BURLINGTON — Katherine “Katie” B. Kramer has joined Langrock Sperry & Wool LLP as an associate, working primarily on litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Kramer clerked for Chief Judge Christina Reiss of the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont, and for the Honorable Andrew Guilford of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. In addition, she practiced for two years at a large New York law firm where she focused on commercial litigation, and received the firm’s Pro Bono Distinction award.
A graduate of Stanford Law School, Kramer was an assistant managing editor of the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, as well as a participant in the Stanford Community Law Clinic and the Domestic Violence Clinic.
“Katie exemplifies all that we look for in an attorney,” said Peter Langrock, the firm’s senior partner. “She’s smart, passionate and compassionate. And she enjoys skiing.”
Kramer lives in Addison County with her husband and newborn son.
