SARATOGA, N.Y. — The Addison Otters, who are based at the Mount Abraham pool in Bristol, with coach Peter Bicknell competed at the Thoroughbred Splash swim meet at Skidmore College in Saratoga, N.Y., on Sunday.
Katie Mayer and Allison Croke were the Otters’ top finishers. Mayer, 17, won the girls’ 13-and-older 100 breast stroke with a time of 1:15.93. She led a field of 57. Ten-year-old Croke earned third in the girls’ 10 and under 100 freestyle race in 1:18.77.
Other Otter girl racers were:
•  Leah Croke, 5th place in the 12-and-under 50 back.
•  Leslie Donlin, 17, 13-and-older 100 breast.
•  Annabelle Doucet, 28, 12U 50 fly.
•  Eliza Doucet, 6, 8U 25 breast.
•  Emma Doucet, 10, 8U 25 breast.
•  Olivia Hawkins, 25, 13 and older 100 breast.
•  Emma Huestis, 17, 12U 50 fly.
•  Abigail Roy, 18, 12U 50 fly.
•  Hannah Zimmer, 37, 12U 50 free.
Otter finishers in boys’ races were:
•  Noah Engvall, 11, 12U 50 fly.
•  Evan Roy, 10, 10U 50 breast.
