RNeSU announces 26 new employees

BRANDON — The Rutland Northeast Supervisory Union welcomed 26 new employees at its Brandon office and throughout its schools: Otter Valley Union Middle/High School, Neshobe Elementary School in Brandon, Leicester Central School, Whiting Elementary School, Sudbury Country School, Barstow Memorial School in Chittenden and Lothrop Elementary School in Pittsford.
At Otter Valley the new hires are math teacher Cassie Clark, physical education teacher Sandra Chicone; intervention specialist Aimee Smith, driver education teacher Robert Field, French teacher Barbara Sicot and middle school science teacher Cliff Hunter.
New district employees are school psychologist ManLing Kwan; facilities manager Stephen Eaton, Amy Smith, who will work in network administration and system integration; and Ethan Nelson, who will work in speech language pathology.
In Brandon, Neshobe boasts three new teachers and speech language pathology specialist Kelly McCaroll. The new teachers are Allison Dwinell (grade 3), Samantha Gilmore (physical education) and Jenifer Leary (grade 1).
Stacy Brown will serve as a part-time nurse in Sudbury and Whiting, and Carol Wright will serve that same role in Leicester. Also new in Leicester, Sudbury and Whiting are academic interventionist Michael Joyce and home school coordinator Haley Cotrupi.
New at Lothrop Elementary this year are: Nicolette Lash, special services teacher; Wade Davis, 1:1 paraeducator; Christine Tate, paraprofessional/library assistant; Susan Morse, speech language pathology; Rachel Coryea, student support professional; and  Jed Pauls, school counselor.
Alison Patterson is the new head custodian at  Barstow, Coral Ward-Torelli will teach third grade there, and Amy Ridlon is Barstow’s nurse.
